1. Scope and principles
This Privacy Policy applies to the SkippingFit app, website, support, and related services provided by Beijing Nvwa City Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). We process personal information lawfully, fairly, transparently, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.
Basic training and local records do not require sign-in. Private iCloud sync for workouts and achievements turns on when Pro is first confirmed on this device, unless you have already turned it off. You can turn it off in Settings; renewing Pro will not turn it back on. Your SkippingFit account is used for sharing and collaboration, not ownership of your training history or App Store purchases.
2. Information we collect and use
Training and record information
The app processes jump count, duration, pace, estimated calories, time, training mode, input source, and detailed workout records on device. Leaderboard scores are submitted to Apple Game Center, not SkippingFit servers. For friend challenges, SkippingFit servers receive only the score, nickname, result, rhythm timing, and limited service-integrity information needed for the feature. Raw workout detail files are not uploaded unless you choose to send them for support.
Device and diagnostic information
To keep the service stable, secure, and fair, we may process limited technical and diagnostic information about the device, app, network, and service use. This information is used for troubleshooting, product improvement, service protection, and fair participation in rankings and promotions.
Account, purchase, and support information
When you sign in, subscribe, restore purchases, join rankings, or contact support, we may process account identifiers, App Store transaction verification results, support emails, and screenshots, recordings, logs, or descriptions you submit. App Store purchases are not bound to a SkippingFit account.
3. Device permissions and local recognition
- Camera: Used for pose recognition, positioning guidance, and jump counting. Routine recognition is processed on device and raw camera video is not uploaded.
- Motion sensors: Used to read motion signals from iPhone, AirPods, or Apple Watch for jump recognition, rhythm analysis, and training feedback.
- Apple Health: With permission, SkippingFit saves jump-rope workouts to Apple Health and uses Apple Watch active energy to refine calorie records. We do not collect or record heart rate. You can manage permissions in system settings. Health data stays on your devices and in Apple Health, is excluded from the app’s iCloud sync, and is not sent to our servers or advertisers or used for advertising.
- Notifications, Bluetooth, local network, and network: Used for reminders, device connection, iPhone and Apple Watch communication, private iCloud sync, rankings, membership verification, and challenge links.
- Photos: Used only when you actively save a recording, result card, or training highlight.
You can disable permissions in system settings. Some features may stop working after permission is disabled, but unrelated basic features remain available.
4. Private iCloud sync, rankings, and friend challenges
Private iCloud sync for workouts and achievements turns on when Pro is first confirmed on this device, unless you have already turned it off. You can turn it off in Settings; renewing Pro will not turn it back on. Copies stay in your private Apple iCloud database, not on SkippingFit servers, and exclude Apple Health data. Turning sync off does not delete existing records. Your SkippingFit account is used for sharing and collaboration, not ownership of your training history or App Store purchases.
Leaderboards display your Game Center nickname, avatar, score, and rank. Apple processes Game Center information under its privacy rules. Friend challenges may display your SkippingFit nickname, score, result, and relevant timing. We may reject invalid challenge submissions to protect fair play.
5. Sharing, processors, and third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. To provide App Store purchases, Apple Health, notifications, crash diagnostics, server hosting, support email, and security protection, we may share or entrust limited information to Apple or infrastructure, email, and diagnostic providers. They must process information only for agreed purposes and under security requirements.
We may disclose information when required by laws, regulators, judicial procedures, public safety, user protection, or protection of our lawful rights and interests.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only for the period necessary for the purposes described here. Workout records and achievements are stored locally by default; optional iCloud copies are controlled through the user's Apple iCloud account. Account, transaction-verification, challenge, and security logs are retained as needed and deleted or anonymized when their purpose or legal retention period ends.
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service is absolutely secure, so please protect your device, account, and verification codes.
7. Your rights
Within the scope allowed by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of authorization, account closure, privacy explanations, or restrictions on automated decisions, ranking display, and marketing notifications. Some requests may require identity verification.
You can manage some rights in the app, iOS settings, App Store subscription management, or by contacting us at the email below.
8. Minors
SkippingFit is intended for users who can train safely. Minors should use the service with guardian consent and under safe conditions. Guardians may contact us if they believe a minor's information has been handled improperly.
9. Changes
We may update this policy for product, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced in the app, on the website, or by other reasonable means. Where law requires separate consent, we will obtain it as required.

Camera, Body Pose, and Recordings
SkippingFit uses the front or rear camera only when you choose a camera-based workout. Live camera images and temporary full-body pose data are processed only on your device for positioning guidance, jump counting, movement analysis, training feedback, and visual effects. Rear-camera modes may use Apple ARKit for full-body pose tracking; front-camera modes use ordinary camera images with Apple Vision. This data is not used to identify you, is not stored as a workout record, and is not sent to SkippingFit servers, iCloud, advertising or diagnostics providers, or other third parties. Screen recordings are separate and begin only when you choose to record; their storage and sharing behavior is described below.
If you explicitly start a workout screen recording, Apple ReplayKit records the visible app screen, which may include the camera preview. The app keeps an app-managed temporary source file for the results and editing flow. If you have granted Photos add-only access, the completed full workout recording is automatically added to Photos; an edited highlight is added only when you choose Save. SkippingFit does not automatically upload a recording to its servers or another service. App-managed temporary recording and highlight files are scheduled for deletion when you leave the results and editing flow. If a Photos save is still in progress, deletion is deferred until it finishes; stale managed files are removed at the next app launch. A copy in Photos remains under your control and may sync through iCloud Photos according to your Apple settings. If you use the iOS share sheet or attach a recording to support, iOS provides the file to the app, service, or recipient you select. That destination and any delivery provider it uses process the file under their own privacy terms; support submissions are also handled as described in Section 5.
International ads and diagnostics
The international app uses Google consent and advertising services. To deliver, measure, and protect contextual ads, Google and its partners may process device and app identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and limited performance or diagnostic information. The first release uses contextual ads only and does not ask to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Crashlytics may process limited performance and crash-diagnostic information to improve reliability. We do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
